Day of coordinating will include:

- Facilitation of Rehearsal and Ceremony 

- Assist with creation of wedding timeline

- Communicate timeline to all parties involved

- Provide assistance in creating the floor plan

- Provide expertise and assist with set-up of decor for ceremony and reception

- Assist with tear-down and packing all decorations at the conclusion of the wedding

- Coordinate delivery and timeline set-up of all vendors 

- Conduct two planning meeting prior to event including a final walk through at the venue

- Act as single point of contact on wedding day

- Provide assistance as needed by phone during planning process

- Access to decor closet

- Two coordinators present during event
